Mining Admin Automation
Cohort 1

Add the next site without the next hire. Six WA suppliers lock in the back office that doesn't grow when they do — all 17 agents, configured by Guy around your Xero, your rosters and your client templates. Not a generic template.

“Every time we win a site, we add a coordinator. Then a safety officer. Then an accounts clerk. The work goes up — and so does the overhead. Our margin's thinner now than it was at half the revenue.”

— WA mining supplier, $22M revenue, 85 workers across 4 sites

30-min consult with Guy confirms whether Cohort 1 is the right shape before you apply. Or call 08 6244 7100.

Cohort 1 in 90 Seconds

Why winning the next contract no longer means the next hire — your admin mapped to the four desks you already run, the $555K–$1.1M+/year receipt, and what the Founding 6 lock in, lifetime founder pricing, closes 23 June.

Two ways to grow a mining supplier

Winning the next contract doesn't have to make you busier. Cohort 1 is about which of these two paths you grow on.

The usual way · grow by hiring

More work more admin hires more overhead flat margin

  • Win a site, add a coordinator. Then an HSE officer. Then an accounts clerk.
  • The back office grows with the work — so the new contract pays for the new hire, not the bottom line.
  • You don't get more profitable. You get busier.

The Cohort 1 way · grow by leverage

More work same admin base higher margin

  • 17 agents absorb the admin across the four desks you already run — People, Safety, Operations, Finance.
  • Add the next site without the next hire. The office that ran three sites by hand can run six.
  • The $555K–$1.1M+/yr of recovered admin labour is the floor. The contracts you can finally take on are the upside.

What every Cohort 1 supplier gets

Six benefits, one quarter — everything it takes to lift the admin ceiling and keep it lifted.

Hands-on Guy-led configuration

~3 weeks of dedicated time per supplier — agents configured around your actual workflows, not a generic template. Direct line to the founder, not a CSM playbook.

All 17 agents — the whole admin ceiling lifted

FIFO Mobilisation, Document Control, Timesheets, Fleet, Quotes, Procurement, Tools, Inventory, Incidents, Training, Client KPIs, Site Diary, Variations, Cashflow, Fatigue, Procedures, Talent Engage. Cover all four desks and the admin stops scaling with the work — that is what lets you add the next site without the next hire.

Lifetime founder pricing

Cohort 1 incentive — locked in for the life of your contract, not a 30-day teaser. The rate you join on is the rate you keep, so your margin advantage widens with every site you add — at a price that never goes up.

Featured Cohort 1 case-study slot

Your wins (with your sign-off) become Cohort 2 enrolment proof. Optional — opt out if confidentiality matters more than the marketing exposure.

Weekly check-ins through onboarding

30-minute call every Friday during your 3-week setup. Same week you flag a problem, you get a fix — not a ticket queue.

Same product, no early-access tax

Cohort customers get the production app at app.drilledger.com.au — same code that everyone else runs. No "beta" disclaimers, no feature-gates.

The 60-second tour, desk by desk

Seven short clips — the operating-leverage idea, each of the four desks with its receipt, and what the Founding 6 lock in.

The big idea

Add the next site without the next hire

The operating-leverage idea in 40 seconds — the back office that doesn’t grow when you do.

Cohort 1 fully configured and running. Cohort 2 enrolment opens mid-September.

Honest reset clause

If Cohort 1 fills only 3 of 6 spots — we run it with 3. Better to deliver brilliantly to three WA suppliers than to over-promise to six. Spots remaining are published every Monday during the 5-week enrolment window. The day we hit 6, we close enrolment publicly and stop selling.

Cohort 1 isn't for everyone

Apply only if you fit the profile. We'll say no on the intro call if you don't.

  • Yes: WA mining service supplier, $10M-$50M revenue, 30-200 staff, owner-operator, sells into BHP / Rio / FMG / Roy Hill / MinRes — and is about to win work that would force the next admin hire, but wants to grow margin instead of overhead
  • No: Tier 1 miners (BHP, Rio, FMG, Roy Hill, FQM themselves), $200M+ contractors with internal IT and procurement, businesses outside WA with no Perth office

Cohort 1 FAQs

Why a cohort instead of just signing up?

Configuration is hands-on. Each setup takes me about three weeks of dedicated time — workflows, integrations, sample-data review, training your admin team. Six suppliers per quarter is what I can deliver well. After Cohort 1, the next enrolment window opens mid-September for Cohort 2.

Will I actually take on more work — or just cut admin costs?

Both, in that order. The $555K–$1.1M+/yr of recovered admin labour is the floor — that lands whether or not you grow. The upside is capacity: the office that ran three sites by hand can run six without the next coordinator, HSE officer or accounts clerk. The recovered labour is the saving; the work you can finally say yes to is the growth.

Do I have to lay off my admin team?

No. The point isn't cutting the people you have — it's not needing the next hire every time you win a site. Your admin team stops doing data entry and starts running the exceptions, the client relationships and the work the agents flag. You grow the work, not the office.

What happens if Cohort 1 doesn't fill all 6 spots?

Honest reset. If we land at 3 or 4, we run with 3 or 4 — better to deliver brilliantly to a smaller group than over-promise to six. We don't fake-close. Spots remaining are published weekly during the enrolment window.

Can I just start a free trial without joining the cohort?

Yes. The 30-day free trial at app.drilledger.com.au/signup is always open and doesn't require cohort enrolment. The cohort gets you hands-on configuration + lifetime founder pricing — without it, you self-configure or wait for the next cohort.

What size operation is Cohort 1 built for?

WA mining service suppliers, $10M-$50M revenue, 30-200 staff. Drilling, labour-hire, fabrication, hydraulics, transport, mechanical services, equipment hire. If you sell into BHP, Rio, FMG, Roy Hill, MinRes — you're probably the right size. If you ARE BHP/Rio/etc., this isn't for you (we'll say so).

What does the application look like? Is there a screening call?

Click "Apply for Cohort 1" — you'll land on the standard signup with cohort=cohort-1 tagged on the lead. I personally call every cohort applicant within 24 hours. The call is 20 minutes: which agents matter most, current admin pain, integrations needed. If you're not a fit, I'll tell you on that call.

What if my biggest pain isn't FIFO mobilisation?

FIFO is Agent #1 because that's what most Cohort 1 outbound is built around (Mobilisation Administrator Seek leads). But the cohort gives you all 17 agents — start with whichever one solves your biggest pain and we'll layer in the rest across the quarter.

Six spots. One quarter. Apply by 23 June.

Add the next site without the next hire. 30-day free trial first. Cohort 1 onboarding starts 1 July 2026.
